We not only own our homes, but we also own the lot it sits on. We don't pay rent like many manufactured home communities must do!

Take a dip in the pool!

The heated pool is open to all residents in the summer. You are welcome to bring guests -- even children -- during the hours posted.

A clubhouse just for you!

The community club house is used for many events such as weekly coffee, soup for lunch, Saturday Coffee and doughnuts, and Game night. There is a library room available to all residents. The clubhouse is also available for you to rent for special occasions of your own.

Adjacent to the clubhouse is the pool and BBQ area.

Can you say "Camping Trip?"

When your camping trip is done and it's time to come home, there may be a space available for you to rent in our community RV lot. The lot is fenced and locked, and the rental rate is very reasonable!
